90° reduced T-piece IVAR.IVN441 108-35-108 mm, crimped, stainless steel AISI 304
Code: IVN441.10835108Product detailed description
Tee 90° IVAR.IVN441 108-35-108 mm is a reduced pressed stainless steel elbow made of AISI 304 stainless steel (material no. 1.4301). The running branches have a dimension of 108 mm, the perpendicular branch is 35 mm – this elbow allows you to connect a smaller branch to the main pipe without further reduction. All three ends are pressed (press × press × press) and sealed with EPDM O-rings. The overall length of the elbow is 312 mm.
Where the Tee is used
- closed heating and cooling systems, solar circuits
- compressed air distribution, vacuum systems, inert and technical gases
- technical and operational liquids in industry
- drainage of waste and rainwater
The elbow is not suitable for potable water – this is also indicated by a symbol, which together with the AISI 304 logo, dimensions and traceability code is marked directly on it.
Operating values
- maximum operating pressure PN 16, vacuum up to -0.8 bar (absolute pressure 0.2 bar)
- temperature from -20 °C, in normal operation up to +85 °C, maximum +120 °C
- anti-freeze mixture with a concentration of up to 50 %
Pressing and connection inspection
The 35 mm branch has a patented LBP (Leak Before Press) O-ring with a broken profile – an unpressed connection will leak during pressure testing – and an orange stripe as an indicator of pressing. The manufacturer includes these features only for sizes from 15 to 54 mm; the running branches of 108 mm do not have them, so their pressing must be checked especially carefully.
For pressing, use jaws with contour M. Warning: installation must be performed by a qualified person according to the installation and use instructions issued by the system manufacturer. Before commissioning the heating system, the manufacturer strongly recommends flushing the entire system; for water treatment, the preparation GEL.LONG LIFE 100 is recommended.
In the IVAR.IVN441 range, you will also find other dimension combinations from 18-15-18 mm up to 108-88.9-108 mm.

Frequently asked questions
Is the IVAR.IVN441 108-35-108 mm Tee suitable for potable water?
No, stainless steel elbows of this range made of AISI 304 are not suitable for potable water and also bear a symbol indicating this. They are used, for example, in closed heating and cooling circuits, solar systems, or for compressed air.
Which pipes are connected to this Tee?
Pipes of size 108 mm are pressed into the two running branches, and a pipe of 35 mm is pressed into the perpendicular branch. All three ends are pressed (press × press × press).
Which tool is used to press the Tee?
Pressing tool with jaws of contour M. The connections must be made by a specialist according to the installation and use instructions from the system manufacturer.
How can I find out if a connection remains unpressed?
The 35 mm branch has an LBP O-ring, which will reveal an unpressed connection by a leak during pressure testing, and an orange indicator stripe. The running branches of 108 mm do not have these features, so their pressing must be checked especially carefully.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
