    Processing of Personal Data

    Principles of Handling Your Data

     

    We are the company ATRIA Slovensko s.r.o., with its registered office at P. Mudroňa 5, 010 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, IČO: 53 430 875.

    We operate an e-shop on the website www.atria.sk.


    To provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

    The processing of personal data is governed mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) („GDPR“).

    I. Processing of Personal Data

         A. Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form

    If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide, mainly through the contact form. These include: first and last name, title, e-mail address, IP address, cookies.

    For what reason?
    We contact you via these details for further agreement regarding goods and services.

    On what legal basis?
    This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations of a contract, or performance of measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at your request.

    How long will we process personal data?
    If we do not initiate further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 180 days from our last communication.

     

         B. Processing of personal data in the case of purchase

    If you purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: first and last name, title, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, date of birth, IP address, cookies.

    For what reason?
    We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

    We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other matters).

    On what legal basis do we process personal data?
    This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

    How long will we process personal data?
    During the performance of our service and then for 180 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

     

         C. Newsletters (commercial communication)

    If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.

    On what legal basis?
    This is allowed by ust. § 62(3) of Act No. 351/2011 Coll., on electronic communications, provided you have not opted out during the purchase.

    How long will we process personal data?
    For 3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us at e-mail: info@atria.sk.

     

    II. Who will have access to the data?

    Your data will remain with us. Despite this, some companies or other persons will have access to the data because they assist us in the operation of our e-shop. These are:

    • the e-shop platform operator Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, entry 2
    • companies involved in the delivery of goods (Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o., with its registered office at Senecká cesta 1, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji, IČO: 31329217, the company is registered in the Business Register of the District Court in Bratislava I, section Sro. Entry no. 3215/B, Packeta Slovakia s.r.o., with its registered office at Kopčianska 3338/82A, IČO 48136999, Bratislava - city part Petržalka 851 01, the company is registered in the Business Register of the District Court in Bratislava I, section Sro. Entry no. 105158/B)
    • companies involved in the processing of payments (GoPay s.r.o., with its registered office at Planá 67, 370 01 Planá, Czech Republic, IČ: 26046768, the company is registered in the Business Register maintained by the Regional Court in Českých Budějovice, file no. C/11030)
    • an e-mailing service provider (Websupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava, IČO: 36 421 928, the company is registered in the Business Register of the District Court in Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Entry no.: 63270/B)

            Your personal data may also be accessed by the following entities:

    We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

    V. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

    The GDPR Regulation grants you, among other rights, the right to contact us and request information about which of your personal data we process, to request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or to request the restriction of processing. You may also request a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

    If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27 (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/sk), or to contact a court.

    These policies are effective from 25. 05. 2008.
