Tee 90° IVAR.IVN441 76,1-28-76,1 mm is a reduced press fitting elbow made of stainless steel AISI 304 (material no. 1.4301). The running bores are 76.1 mm, the branch is 28 mm – this fitting allows you to connect a smaller branch to the main pipe without further reduction. All three ends are press type (press × press × press) and are sealed with EPDM O-rings. The overall length of the fitting is 232 mm.

The fitting is not suitable for potable water – this is also indicated by a symbol, which is together with the AISI 304 logo, dimensions and traceability code marked directly on it.

Pressing and joint inspection
The 28 mm branch has a patented LBP (Leak Before Press) O-ring with a broken profile – an unpressed joint will leak during pressure testing – and an orange stripe as an indicator of pressing. These features are provided by the manufacturer only for sizes from 15 to 54 mm, the running bores of 76.1 mm do not have them and their pressing must be checked especially carefully.
For pressing, use jaws with contour M. Warning: installation must be carried out by a qualified person according to the installation and use instructions issued by the system manufacturer. Before commissioning the heating system, the manufacturer strongly recommends flushing the entire system; for water treatment, we recommend the preparation GEL.LONG LIFE 100.
