IVAR.2.0 18HPIN ELEC with code C3NS18IC3II is a monoblock type climate unit – the compressor, both heat exchangers and fans are in one metal casing only 165 mm deep. The unit is mounted on an external wall from the interior and draws in and exhausts outside air through two wall openings, so no external unit is required on the façade. The IVAR.2.0 series is manufactured by the Italian company INNOVA.
The 18HPIN model also features an external axial fan in the exhaust opening, which increases the volume of conditioned air and thus the unit's performance.

Installation
- on any external wall, low above the floor or high under the ceiling (in the latter case with a bottom aesthetic cover)
- two holes Ø 202 mm with a spacing of 293 mm, position according to the attached drilling template
- no condensate drain is required for cooling; for heating operation, connect a drain Ø 20 mm
- only for indoor use – protection class IPX0, not suitable for humid rooms, e.g. laundry rooms

Packaging and accessories
The 18HPIN ELEC model is supplied standard with two external grilles with fixed vanes (GB109II), which have a mesh on the suction side to prevent insects and are mounted from the outside of the building. The packaging also includes a wall bracket, drilling template, foil for creating an air duct in the opening, insulation material, and anchors with screws.
Cooling is possible at outside temperatures from -5 to 43 °C, the heat pump heats up to -20 °C, the ELEC version with the compressor turned off up to -25 °C. The installation of the unit, drilling of the openings and electrical connection should be carried out by a qualified person.

Frequently asked questions
Does this air conditioner need an outdoor unit?
No. The entire device is in the indoor unit and it connects to the outside environment only through two wall openings with a diameter of 202 mm. From the outside, only the flaps or grilles are visible.
Do you need to connect a condensate drain to the unit?
For cooling, a condensate drain is not required. If you want to use the unit for heating as well, connect a drain to the outlet Ø 20 mm (hose Ø 16 mm).
Down to what outside temperature can it heat?
It can heat down to -20 °C using the heat pump. At temperatures down to -25 °C, it can operate with the compressor turned off and heats using the additional electric heater with a power of 1.8 kW, or 0.9 kW.
Can the unit be mounted high under the ceiling?
Yes, it can be installed low above the floor or high near the ceiling. In the case of higher installation, the unit is mounted with a bottom aesthetic cover that covers its bottom side.
