Corner ball valve with half connection in size DN 25 (1″) closes and opens the flow of hot or cold water in water supply systems as well as in central heating systems. The nominal pressure reaches 16 bar and the operating temperature can be up to 120 °C. It is the largest size in the ZKWSK range, which also includes 1/2″ and 3/4″ versions.

Technical data

Application and installation

The valve is used for hot and cold water supply and distribution and in central heating circuits. The ball mechanism with PTFE sealing moves from the open to the closed position when the lever is turned, so the flow can be interrupted with a single quick movement. The adjusting nut helps to compensate for minor clearances that occur when assembling the connection. After installation, operate the valve several times to verify the smooth lever movement and the tightness of the connection.
