The 3" (three-inch, 74mm diameter) 3Ti-15 submersible pump is designed as a durable, maintenance-free pump with a wide range of uses. The 3Ti-15 submersible pump is designed for pumping utility water. The practical and versatile use of the 3Ti-15 submersible pump lies mainly in its dimensions. This narrow pump can be used in boreholes, including very narrow boreholes. It is suitable for setting up water supply systems in family houses, cottages, summer residences, schools and farm buildings, as well as for supplying water for spraying and garden irrigation. The 3Ti-15 submersible pump is also excellent as part of a home water system with a submersible pump. The 3Ti-15 submersible pump has increased resistance to sand or other abrasive substances that may be present in the water. The submersible pump marked RTS stands for (Resistance To Sand) With the WATER PASS 2 control unit you DO NOT NEED a pressure vessel, a pressure switch, or dry-run protection. WATER-PASS 2 Control Unit The intelligent WATER-PASS 2 control unit is a device used for efficient control of pump operation and pump protection. WATER-PASS 2 controls the pump's operation by monitoring changes in the water pressure level in the pipeline and the water flow through the pipeline. Automatic switching on depends on the drop in water pressure in the water system below the set switch-on pressure and on the flow in the pipe on which the WATER-PASS 2 is installed. In practice, the WATER-PASS 2 control unit switches the pump on when a water tap is opened (or sprinklers are switched on) and switches it off about 6 seconds after the tap (or sprinklers) is closed.
