Boiler module IVAR.TV3-300 DN 40 with 3-way mixing valve and DAB.EVOPLUS B 120/250.40 M pump
Code: IVA49043610DABProduct detailed description
The boiler module IVAR.TV3-300 DN 40 (code IVA49043610DAB) prepares and distributes heating water with mixing via a 3-way valve. It is suitable for radiator, floor, and wall heating systems in circuits with a heat source whose output temperature varies significantly – typically a solid fuel boiler. It operates in closed hot water heating and cooling systems.
What the module includes
- 3-way mixing valve with a Kv value of 25
- electronic circulation pump DAB.EVOPLUS B 120/250.40 M
- supply and return pipes with flanges DN 40 for connection to a horizontal distribution manifold
- four flanged shut-off valves, check valve, and pressure ports
- two filling/bleeding valves on the primary side
- two thermometers 0–120 °C and sleeves for sensor Ø 6 mm
- thermal insulation Trocellen C080 with thickness 30 mm (λ 0,034 W/m·K)
Performance and dimensions
The module can handle up to 150 kW at ΔT 20 K and up to 38 kW at ΔT 5 K, with a flow rate of up to 6460 l/h. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, temperature +100 °C. The steel body Fe EN 10217-1 has an epoxy powder surface finish, the axial distance of the connection is 300 mm, dimensions 940 × 660 × 477 mm.
Valve actuator and installation
The actuator is ordered separately: IVAR.SERVOPOHON TV3 230 V with 3-point control (IVA20317350) or 24 V with 0–10 V control (IVA20317351). The module is mounted directly on the IVAR.HC-DN 40 manifold or via IVAR.CONNECTA reduction kits. The connecting material is part of the delivery. The valve is manufactured on the right side; by rotating the valve and return pipe according to the instructions, a left-hand version is created. Do not use lubricants with mineral oil for EPDM seals. Only a qualified person with electrical expertise may install and connect the pump electrically. Flush the system before starting.

Frequently asked questions
When to choose the mixed module IVAR.TV3-300 DN 40?
When you need to regulate the water temperature in the circuit – for example, for floor or wall heating or for a heat source with fluctuating temperature, such as a solid fuel boiler. The non-mixed module IVAR.S-300 is used for direct distribution without mixing.
Is the valve actuator included in the package?
No, the actuator IVAR.SERVOPOHON TV3 is ordered separately – in the version 230 V with 3-point control (IVA20317350) or 24 V with 0–10 V control (IVA20317351).
Is the circulation pump part of the module?
Yes, the module IVA49043610DAB has the electronic pump DAB.EVOPLUS B 120/250.40 M installed. The same module without the pump has the code IVA49043610.
To which manifold is the module connected?
To the horizontal distribution manifold IVAR.HC-DN 40, directly or via IVAR.CONNECTA reduction kits. The connecting material including seals is included in the package.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
