Circulation Pump OVI 32-80/180

Product detailed description

The cheapest circulation pump OVI 32-80/180 is made of a casting. The pump has 3 operating modes. Energy Efficiency Index: EEI ≤ 0.20 The electronically controlled circulation pump OVI is mainly intended for heating and air conditioning systems, for operation with heating water in a wide temperature range, usually from approx. +2 to +110 degrees C. The pump is equipped with a permanent magnet motor. The pump is equipped with a control panel for setting 3 mechanical rotor speeds, ensuring optimal electricity consumption. OVI circulation pumps are made of a casting with a ceramic shaft and radial bearings. Bore diameter / flange diameter (1½ x 1) Differential pressure controller Automatically and continuously adjusts the pump speed and power to the current system requirements. This solution improves energy efficiency and user comfort, as the pump does not operate unnecessarily at the highest speed and the installation maintains stable flow parameters. The control panel allows Changing operating modes Air venting of the pump during start-up or service Intuitive buttons make pump operation easier Advantages of the circulation pump IBO OVI 32-80/180mm OVI pumps are equipped with an automatically adaptive AUTO/ECO mode (factory setting). In most cases, the pump can be started without any modifications and automatically adapts to the current system needs. Electricity and fuel savings in the boiler. Energy Efficiency Index: EEI ≤ 0.23 Long trouble-free operation. Materials and components are resistant to aggressive water environments and do not require additional maintenance costs. The design allows the control unit to be separated from the pump in case of failure or maintenance. Quiet operation even at higher speeds due to the bearing material used. Application of the circulation pump IBO OVI 32-80/180mm OVI pumps are mainly used in central heating of family homes to ensure hot water circulation in the household. Heating systems with constant temperature and variable flow, in which the OVI pump maintains the required water circulation when the system's heat demand changes. Heating systems with variable pipe temperature, such as systems with equithermal control, where the system requires a pump that automatically adjusts its performance to current conditions. Heating systems with night mode, in which it is possible to reduce the operation of the OVI circulation pump during periods of lower heat consumption to save energy. Air conditioning, solar and cooling systems requiring forced water or solution circulation in closed systems. Package contents OVI 32-80/180 pump 2x gasket
