Station with one unit ESYBOX MAX

The DAB 1 ESYBOX MAX 45/120 M set includes the ESYBOX MAX 45/120 M pumping unit and the simple connecting base ESYDOCK MAX and is used to increase water pressure in residential homes, commercial buildings and high-rise buildings. The unit is mounted on the base using centering pins and secured with the supplied key; it can be disconnected during service without interfering with the piping, and the base can also be pre-installed before the pump is delivered. The connections have an internal thread of 2" and can be reduced to 1 1/4" using adapters supplied with the base. The dimensions of the station are 766 × 375 × 384 mm (H × W × D).

Performance of model 45/120 M

According to the manufacturer's performance table, the unit achieves a head of 58 m at a flow rate of 4.8 m³/h, 45 m at 7.2 m³/h, 23 m at 11.4 m³/h and 7 m at 14.4 m³/h. The maximum differential pressure is 5.7 bar, power consumption P1 max 1.97 kW (2.68 HP), rated current 9.4 A.

Construction and control

Operating conditions

Clean, non-viscous, non-aggressive and chemically neutral water without solid and abrasive particles up to +50 °C, ambient up to +55 °C, inlet pressure up to 5 bar, rated pressure PN 12. The pump is not self-priming – it draws from a tank or boosts pressure from a water supply; when installed above the water level, the suction height with a check valve is up to 4 m. Fixed mounting in a vertical position, motor protection IPX5, insulation class F. Thanks to WRAS, ACS and NSF61 certificates, it is also suitable for potable water.

Electrical connection and commissioning should be carried out by a qualified specialist; the supply must be protected by a residual current device with I Δn ≤ 30 mA.
