DAB.GRINDER FX 15.22 T-NA (code 60191279) is a submersible sewage pump with a cutting device designed for pumping waste water from sewerage in residential and commercial buildings. The efficient cutting system made of stainless steel AISI 630 handles waste water containing fibres, paper or textiles and allows connection to a small diameter discharge pipe. The pump is certified according to standard EN 12050-1.

Construction and installation
The pump body, motor body and impeller are made of cast iron, the motor shaft is made of stainless steel. The double mechanical seal SiC-SiC / SiC-C works in an oil chamber out of contact with the pumped liquid and is independent of the direction of rotation. The discharge is connected by thread Rp 1 1/2" or flange DN 32 PN 10/6 or DN 40 PN 6. The pump is mounted permanently with a lifting device or mobile on a base directly on the bottom of the tank. In full submersion, continuous operation S1 is possible, dry operation up to 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 starts per hour are allowed. Protection IP68, insulation class F, 10 m power cable H07RN8-F, pump weight 39 kg.

What is the cutter used for?
The cutting system cuts fibres, paper and textiles in the waste water, so the pump can be connected to a small diameter discharge pipe.
Does the pump operate automatically?
Not by itself – the T-NA version is three-phase and has no float. Switching according to the level and motor protection including the connection of overheating sensors must be ensured by the control panel and electrical installation.
How is the pump installed?
Permanently on a lifting device or mobile, when it stands on a base directly on the bottom of the tank. The discharge is connected by thread Rp 1 1/2" or flange DN 32 or DN 40.
