DAB NGPANEL 100-575V 12A 1-3PH 2P (code 60211088) is an electronic control panel for controlling and protecting two pumps in domestic, commercial and agricultural systems. It is used for sludge removal, tank draining and filling (pumping). Pumps are switched automatically according to float switches, level probes or submersion depth sensors.
Settings and control
The graphical display with a multilingual wizard guides through the setup in several steps – according to the manufacturer in 5 minutes. The mode of filling or draining and the type of level sensing are selected; the memory also stores alarm history. The panel has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so settings, control and notifications are available on a smartphone or tablet via an app and the DConnect service. If there is no Wi-Fi on site, the DAB Wi-Fi Modem Kit powered by the USB port inside the panel is used. For higher-level systems, Modbus RTU (RS485) is available.

Electrical parameters and installation
The panel connects single-phase pumps 1× 110 V or 1× 230 V with a current up to 12 A and power P2 up to 1.5 kW, three-phase pumps 3× 230 V or 3× 400 V up to 12 A and 5.5 kW, or 3× 575 V up to 8 A and 5.5 kW; pumps are started directly. The housing made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic has an IP55 (NEMA 3R) protection rating and operates at ambient temperatures from −10 to +50 °C up to an altitude of 1000 m. A starting capacitor for single-phase pumps is supplied as an accessory and is mounted directly into the panel. The panel is mounted on the wall, anchors are not part of the delivery. The wiring must be performed by an electrician with the appropriate qualification.
