Composition of the grass mix:

• Perennial ryegrass QuickAction® (Lolium Perenne ESQUIRE) – 40 %
• Red fescue long-lived (Festuca Rubra Rubra MAXIMA 1) – 35 %
• Smooth meadow grass (Poa Pratensis GEISHA) – 10 %
• Red fescue (Festuca Rubra Commutata CASANOVA) – 10 %
• Sheep fescue (Festuca ovina Trychyphylla RIDU) – 5 %

Soil preparation:

Before sowing, clear the area of weeds, stones and old vegetation. Loosen the top layer of soil, water it thoroughly and add 2 cm of lawn substrate. After a week of settling, roll the area and level it with a rake. The ideal time for sowing is April–May or September–October.

Lawn maintenance:

Mowing: Carry out the first mowing at a grass height of 6–8 cm, the second at 3–4 cm. For long-term maintenance, set the lawnmower to a height of approximately 3 cm, which is ideal for sports lawns.

Care: Regular mowing, fertilizing three times a year (spring, transitional period, autumn) and, if necessary, chemical protection against pests and diseases will ensure optimal lawn condition.

Tip: When establishing large areas, use a seed drill for even sowing. Also consider installing a mole control grid at a depth of 5–6 cm below the surface.
