Main features:

• Fast-growing and durable lawn suitable for intensively used areas
• Dense and compact growth ensuring an aesthetic appearance
• Quick recovery after stress and damage
• QuickAction® technology for fast seed germination
• Efficiency: 7.5 kg is sufficient for 225–300 m² (at a rate of 25–35 g/m²), or 5 kg for 100 m² at a professional application rate of 50 g/m²

Composition:

• Perennial rye grass QuickAction® (Lolium Perenne ESQUIRE) – 30 %
• Smooth meadow grass (Poa Pratensis GEISHA) – 10 %
• Red fescue (Festuca Rubra Commutata CASANOVA) – 10 %
• Sheep fescue (Festuca ovina Trychyphylla RIDU) – 5 %

Site preparation:

Before sowing, remove the old vegetation, stones, debris and waste. Loosen the top layer of soil, thoroughly moisten it and cover it with a 2 cm layer of special lawn substrate. Let the soil rest for approximately one week, then roll it and level it with a rake. The optimal time for planting is in April–May or September–October. Use a hand seeder for smaller areas and cart-type seeders for larger areas.

Maintenance:

Mowing: Carry out the first mowing at a height of 6–8 cm, the second at 3–4 cm. Afterwards, maintain a height of around 3 cm. Regular mowing with a reel mower is ideal.

Care: The lawn requires regular fertilization three times a year (spring, transitional and autumn fertilization) and sufficient hydration during dry periods.
