PNI CT440 is a thermostat with WiFi connectivity, designed for homes, offices, and other buildings where comfort and clarity in heating control are important. You can monitor and adjust the temperature remotely via the Tuya Smart app for Android and iOS, or choose an automatic mode with a schedule for different parts of the day.

The PNI CT440 model comes with two control units (transmitters). Each of them measures and regulates the temperature in a different area, so one system can manage two separate zones. You can connect it to any boiler that uses a NO type low-voltage contact for the thermostat. The complete set weighs 1.264 kg.

Daily schedule

Each day of the week can have its own plan with four time slots, for example, according to your working rhythm. A typical example looks like this: in the morning at 06:00 you set 23 degrees, at 08:00 you reduce it to 22, in the afternoon at 17:00 you increase it back to 23, and in the evening at 23:00 you return it to 22 degrees. You can adjust the plan on the thermostat or via your mobile device.

Protection against unnecessary overheating when ventilating

When the open window function (OWD) is enabled in the advanced settings, the thermostat reacts to a rapid temperature drop; in the basic setting, it is triggered by a 2 °C drop within 15 minutes. Heating is turned off and the corresponding symbol appears on the display. After 30 minutes, the device automatically returns to the previous mode. Pressing any button during this time will end the function and restore the programmed mode.
