Electronic circulation pump DAB.EVOSTA2 40-70/130 1/2" for heating and air conditioning systems
Code: 60186047Product detailed description
DAB.EVOSTA2 40-70/130 1/2" is an electronic circulation pump for hydronic heating and air conditioning circuits. A synchronous motor with a permanent magnet and a frequency converter allow it to monitor pressure changes in the system and adjust performance accordingly, keeping electricity consumption low.
Suitable for replacement as well
With a construction length of 130 mm and connection matching older three-speed pumps, for example the VA series, the EVOSTA2 is also suitable as a replacement for them. One model covers a delivery head of 4, 5 and 6 m, which previously required different pumps.
Control
- one MODE button on the front panel, three LEDs indicate the selected setting
- 9 settings: proportional pressure PP1–PP3, constant pressure CP1–CP3 and constant speed I–III
- the air vent cap also serves to manually release the shaft
Construction
- cast iron body with cathodic surface treatment, motor housing made of stainless steel
- impeller made of technopolymer, ceramic shaft supported by graphite bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid
- waterproof electronics with IPX5 protection, insulation class F
- built-in protection against overload, overheating, overvoltage and undervoltage, external motor protection is not required
- cast iron pump body with G 1" (DN 15) thread, 1/2" flange connection
Operating conditions
The pump transports clean, chemically neutral liquid without solid particles and mineral oils with properties similar to water, with a glycol content of up to 30%. The liquid temperature can range from −10 to +110 °C, operating pressure from 1 to 10 bar and ambient temperature up to 40 °C. It must be mounted with the motor shaft in a horizontal position, the direction of flow is indicated by an arrow on the body.
The power supply is single-phase 1 × 230 V, 50/60 Hz. Electrical connections should be made by a qualified professional. The pump meets the requirements of the ErP 2009/125/ES directive.
