Direct heating electric convector ELÍZ ECW 150 WIFI is equipped with electronic control with a timer, LED display and control via WIFI. ECW convectors meet the new ERP standards for heating efficiency. Electronic control with an electronic thermostat saves at least 20 % of operating costs compared to convectors with a mechanical thermostat.
The convector offers a switchable power of 750 W/1 500 W and is an ideal solution for heating rooms in homes and offices up to a size of 18 m2. Heating is ensured by an aluminum heating element in the shape of X with a long service life, which guarantees rapid heating and optimal flow of warm air.
The electronic control with an LED display located at the top allows you to set and use the convector in manual mode or in automatic mode with a timer. In both modes, you can set the desired temperature, which the convector will automatically maintain in the room at the selected value in the range of 5–45 °C. In the timer mode, it is possible to set different time segments for switching on, during which the convector will heat. The electronics are also equipped with a child safety function, the activation of which blocks the buttons on the control panel. The display dims after the setting is completed and when inactive.
The convector is primarily designed as a wall-mounted convector (the wall bracket is part of the packaging), but you can also use it as a portable convector on legs with wheels (the legs are also part of the packaging). Thanks to the IP 24 protection rating, it can be safely used in the bathroom as well. For safety, the convector is equipped with automatic power-off protection in case of tipping over and falling from the wall, overheat protection and a child safety lock. In the event of a power interruption and subsequent reconnection, the convector will enter the OFF mode and must be manually turned on again, or the timer must be set to switch on during the power outage (heating tariff, HDO), so that it automatically switches to the ON mode and continues heating.
