EURO 500 D2 is a stationary, floor-standing water heater with a volume of 500 liters. The heater is equipped with an integrated electric heating element with a power of 9 kW and has two heating exchangers with a larger surface area for connecting an external heat source, e.g. a heat pump, a gas boiler or a solar system. Water can be heated using electrical energy (electric heating element) or another heat source connected to the two exchangers – a heat pump, local central heating, or a solar system. The electric heating element is installed in the lower part of the heater on a flange. When heating water using the electric heating element, you can set the desired water temperature using the thermostat on the control panel. The internal tank of the heater and the heating exchanger are made of high-quality steel and are protected by a surface treatment with special direct glazing (glass-ceramic glaze with zirconium addition). The glazed tank and exchanger are protected against corrosion by double anode protection – two anode rods made of magnesium alloy are installed in the tank, which reduce the effects of corrosion and extend the tank's lifespan. In the middle part of the tank, there is a circulation opening for connecting circulation. The tank has two openings for additional probes for controlling the regulation system (thermostat communication sensors). In the first months of its existence, the company provided warranty and post-warranty service. Later, its activities were expanded to include installations and the sale of electric water heaters for the Bratislava area and its immediate surroundings.
