ERMETIQ ER-HS7624A is a hydraulic separator with a magnetic filter for heating systems with a thermal output of up to 70 kW. It separates the primary circuit from the secondary one, balances their flows and pressures, and allows circulation pumps to operate independently without affecting each other. This increases the overall efficiency of the system. The model has six 1" connections.

A powerful magnetic filter with an intensity of up to 9000 Gauss is part of the separator. It captures ferromagnetic impurities and magnetite formed in heating systems, so circulation pumps, heat exchangers, valves, and other sensitive components are not clogged and last longer. The body made of stainless steel SUS304 resists corrosion and ensures long-term reliable operation.

Application and installation

The model with a magnet and six 1" connections is suitable for boiler rooms where multiple circuits are connected to one heat source and magnetite can accumulate in the circulation water. Mount the separator vertically, fix the bracket to the wall, and connect the supply from the left or right side according to the layout. After installation, fit the supplied thermal insulation. Remove impurities that settle in the lower part of the body using the drain valve. The working medium can be water or a mixture of water and ethylene glycol, with a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
