Ermetiq ER-MWS703 is a hydraulic unit for floor heating circuits. Its function is to prepare water at a temperature that the floor can withstand: hot water from the heat source is mixed with cooler water returning from the heating loop within the unit. The resulting temperature is maintained by a thermostatic valve, ensuring the floor is heated evenly, without overheating and with energy-efficient operation.

The model is equipped with an automatic air vent, which during operation removes air from the heating water and reduces the risk of system airlock. Supply and return lines are monitored by a pair of thermometers, making it possible to verify the correct operation of the unit at a glance. The body is made of chrome-plated brass, which is highly resistant to corrosion and contributes to the long service life of the entire assembly.

The unit is designed for a circulation pump with a mounting length of 130 mm. The pump itself is not included in the package, so it must be purchased separately.

Before installation, ensure that the selected circulation pump has a mounting length of 130 mm, otherwise it will not be possible to correctly fit it into the unit. The temperature of the heating water is set using the thermostatic valve in the range of 20 to 60 °C, and the values in the supply and return can then be checked on both thermometers. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar and the system operating pressure should not exceed this.
