Fancoil IVAR.SLS 1000 DC with reduced height – two-pipe version, DC Inverter motor – SPECIAL OFFER
Code: FALS10SC1IIProduct detailed description
Heat in winter, cooling in summer
Fancoil IVAR.SLS 1000 DC delivers energy from water prepared by a heat pump, condensing boiler or solar system into the room – thanks to a powerful heat exchanger, it works well even with low-temperature sources. Air is driven by a very quiet tangential fan with an energy-saving DC Inverter motor, and during cooling, the unit also dehumidifies the air.
Model 1000 specifications
- heating: 3.11 kW at water 45/40 °C and air 20 °C (water flow 535 l/h)
- cooling: total 2.60 kW, sensible 2.19 kW at water 7/12 °C and air 27 °C
- air flow 489 / 344 / 167 m³/h (max. / medium / min. speed)
- sound pressure 43 / 36 / 27 dB(A)
- power supply 230 V / 50 Hz, max. power consumption 33 W
Construction and installation
The overall height is significantly reduced – with dimensions of 1535 × 379 × 129 mm (w × d × h, without feet), the SLS is suitable where there is little space for height. The casing is made of galvanized white-painted sheet metal (RAL 9003), air is drawn in from the front and bottom, and the filter can be easily removed and cleaned. The unit is designed only for vertical installation, and the condensate tray is part of the delivery. Water connections 3/4" EK are on the left when viewed from the front, and electrical connections are on the right; right-side hydraulic connection is available upon request.
Order separately
- control – without it, the fancoil does not work; for example, built-in continuous control IVAR.644 or control board IVAR.645 with wall controller IVAR.649 are available
- connection kit with 3/4" EK valve
- feet
The fancoil does not have a condensate pump and it is not needed in a standard installation. Connecting to the heating system and electrical wiring at 230 V should be entrusted to a specialist.

Frequently asked questions
Can the IVAR.SLS 1000 DC fancoil be mounted horizontally?
No, the SLS series is designed only for vertical mounting. The condensate tray for this position is part of the delivery, and the feet are ordered separately.
Is control and a valve included in the packaging?
No. Control and the connection kit must be ordered separately – the fancoil does not work without control. For the SLS series, for example, the built-in control IVAR.644 or the control board IVAR.645 with wall controller IVAR.649 are suitable.
Does the fancoil need a condensate pump?
The IVAR.SLS fancoil does not include a condensate pump, and due to its design, it is not needed in standard installations.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
