It usually includes regular ash removal and cleaning of the heating surfaces/flue gas passages of soot (the interval depends on the intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and a thorough inspection once a year, including the gaskets and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The positioning and connection of the boiler to the heating system, the chimney and the safety components should be carried out, or at least professionally checked, by a heating technician - this is an appliance with an open fire, high temperatures and pressure components, where a mistake in the connection can be a safety risk.
