FRESIA Sense ERVQ-B150-1B1(H02) is a wall-mounted heat recovery unit that supplies filtered fresh air to the room while extracting stale air. Unlike ventilating through a window, it recovers most of the heat – the enthalpy exchanger with a membrane has an efficiency of up to 82% and also returns part of the moisture to the room, so the air does not become too dry in winter.

The strong point of this model is the cleanliness of the supplied air. Outdoor air passes through a coarse G3 filter, a fine F5 filter, a HEPA H10 filter with a declared efficiency of 99% and an activated carbon filter. It captures pollen, fine dust and odours from the street, so Sense is appreciated by allergy sufferers and households next to a busy road.

The built-in CO2 sensor monitors air quality and, in automatic mode, increases or decreases the output by itself. The display shows CO2 concentration, temperature and relative humidity. The fan has 8 speeds, a maximum airflow of 150 m³/h at a power input of 35 W; the noise level ranges from 22.6 to 37.9 dB(A) depending on the speed, and the sound power level according to the label is 39 dB. Energy class A.

The unit is intended for apartments, family houses, offices and smaller commercial premises where there is no ventilation ductwork and no room to add it. As a guide, it ventilates a room with an area of 15–50 m².

Installation

• The unit is hung on a mounting panel on the exterior wall.
• Two Ø90 × 500 mm ducts run through the wall; two Ø100 mm core holes are recommended.
• The ducts can be connected from the rear or from the side – depending on how the room is laid out.
• Unit dimensions 450 × 155 × 660 mm (W × D × H), weight 10 kg, protection rating IPX2, power supply 220–240 V AC.

Modes and control

Manual, Auto (based on CO2), Timer, Sleep and three rapid filtration modes PURE L / PURE M / PURE H for when you need to clean the air in the room quickly. The unit can be controlled with the touch panel on the unit, the supplied remote control or from your phone via the Smart Life / Tuya app.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference compared to FRESIA Element?
Sense has a higher airflow (150 m³/h), multi-stage filtration with HEPA and automatic CO2-based control. Element is a smaller unit with a single wall penetration, focused on the lowest possible consumption.

How is it maintained?
The filters are cleaned or replaced regularly and the exchanger is cleaned – the interval depends on the contamination of the outdoor air and the length of operation.

Will it replace central heat recovery?
In a single room or zone, yes. The number of units for a whole apartment or house must be designed according to the floor area, the number of occupants and the required air exchange.
