PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The electric water heater HAKL BD 10vb with a 10-liter water capacity is designed for installation above a sink or basin, connected via bottom outlets to a non-pressure three-way HAKL valve. A built-in thermal protection ensures a higher level of protection for the heating element against overheating in emergency situations. The frost protection function prevents water from freezing in the heater.
The package of the storage water heater HAKL BD 10vb includes mounting accessories (heater bracket, screws and wall anchors).

Long tank lifespan is ensured by a dual layer of BLUE DIAMOND glaze applied to the thick steel tank and an integrated anode rod.

TABLE OF SUITABILITY FOR USE

For easier selection of the appropriate model of a storage water heater, the manufacturer has prepared a clear table of suitability for use. It is arranged according to the tank volume and type of use - water consumption requirements.

Electric storage water heaters heat water using a 1.5 kW or 2 kW heating element. This low power consumption is made possible by the fact that they heat water cumulatively into the tank. Their main advantage is connecting to the electrical network via a plug and low current rating. Unlike -through heaters, only a limited amount of hot water can be used from the tank. The water temperature in the tank can be adjusted to the desired level. The higher the temperature, the more water can be diluted with cold water to achieve a larger total volume. However, it should be noted that a higher set temperature also means higher operating costs.

When selecting a storage water heater, it is necessary to consider the method of use. For example, when showering, it is necessary to heat up to three times more water than when washing hands, so it is important to choose the correct tank volume of the water heater.
