PAW.MV40 – MV3 (code 4113) is a horizontal distribution manifold for three heating circuits with boiler modules PAW.HEAT BLOC DN 40, which are mounted on top of it. One heat source or a hydraulic separator PAW.HD can be connected to the manifold. Inside, there are two separate chambers for supply and return, whose flows cross each other – therefore, the piping is connected according to the markings V (supply) and R (return).

Delivery and installation
The delivery includes the manifold body, front cover, plugs, gasket with bolts for flange DN 50, and thermal insulation. The manifold is mounted on wall brackets PAW.DR 41651 or floor brackets PAW.DR 41671, which are ordered separately. During installation, do not confuse the end cover with the inlet flange and do not rotate the end covers by 90° – otherwise, the supply and return would be incorrectly mixed.

No. The DN 40 manifold is mounted on wall brackets PAW.DR 41651 or floor brackets PAW.DR 41671, which are ordered separately.
What should be taken into account during installation?
Supply and return cross in the manifold, so connect the piping according to the markings V and R and do not confuse the end cover with the inlet flange. The end covers must not be rotated by 90°.
