What it is used for
The assembly IVAR.CS 657 distributes heating or cooling water to individual loops or branches and collects it back. It is designed for heating and cooling systems as well as industrial applications where high flow rates of the medium are expected. This version has 11 outputs and a body dimension DN 50 with side inlets of 2".
Features

Installation
The assembly is delivered disassembled, the packaging includes the distributor body, the collector body, and mounting brackets. The outputs are not fitted, so they can be equipped with closing or control valves according to the project. After assembling and tightening the connections, a pressure test must be performed and tightness checked. The supply is connected to the side marked IN (red), the return to OUT (blue). The bodies must not be subjected to excessive torsional moment.
The same assembly is manufactured with 2 to 12 outputs, also available in the version 6/4" x 1" F.

Are valves installed on the distributor outputs?
No, the IVAR.CS 657 assembly is delivered unfitted and the 1" F outputs are empty. Closing or control valves are added according to the system design.
What does the packaging include?
The distributor body with color-coded supply, the collector body with color-coded return, and mounting brackets. The assembly is delivered in a disassembled state.
Can a glycol mixture flow through the system?
Yes, the medium can be water or its mixture with glycol with a concentration of up to 30%. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar and maximum temperature is +120 °C.
