IVAR.KSA 035 industrial distributor/collector assembly with control and shut-off valves – 6/4" × 3/4", 6-way
Code: KSA0035B06Product detailed description
The IVAR.KSA 035 assembly in a 6-way configuration (code KSA0035B06) distributes heating water to 6 loops of hydronic floor heating in industrial buildings. The distributor and collector bodies DN 40 are made from drawn brass rods CW617N, which undergo thermal treatment to prevent internal stress and cracking.
Assembly components
- distributor with regulating shut-off valves – double micrometric regulation with memory of the set position
- collector with closing valves and manual heads, prepared for the installation of electrothermal heads
- ball valves with shut-off connections for connection to the heating system (red and blue lever)
- automatic air vent, 2 filling/draining valves, plugs and mounting brackets
Technical data
- assembly connection 6/4" internal thread, outlets 3/4" internal thread according to ISO 228/1
- axial distance of outlets 50 mm
- max. operating pressure 10 bar, max. operating temperature +120 °C, sealing material EPDM
The assembly is delivered assembled and without an installation box; for the 6-way configuration, the technical sheet specifies a box of size P2/N2. The loop pipes are connected via external thread adapters 3/4", which are ordered separately. Before putting the system into operation, thoroughly flush the entire system.

Frequently asked questions
Is the installation box part of the assembly?
No, the assembly is delivered without a box. For the 6-way configuration, the technical sheet specifies a box of size P2/N2; the IVAR.P-KLASIK box is optional accessory.
How are the heating loop pipes connected?
The outlets have an internal thread of 3/4". The pipes are connected via suitable adapters with an external thread of 3/4", which are not part of the package.
How are the loops regulated?
By the regulating shut-off valves in the distributor body: after removing the cover, the number of turns is set according to the project using a 5 mm hex key. The shut-off valve remembers the set position even after closing.
Can electrothermal heads be mounted on the collector?
Yes, the closing valves on the collector are prepared for the installation of electrothermal heads. From the factory, manual heads are mounted.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
