Yes, this pipe is designed for drinking water and general water distribution use, and the 35°C maximum temperature is the limit you should stay within for safe continuous operation. For cold water supply lines that's usually no issue at all. Just keep in mind it's LDPE, so it's flexible and easy to work with, but not intended for hot water applications.
