Code KA00KC0001 is the IVAR.G24-Z locking mechanism – a lock with key for IVAR.G24 series gas ball valves with an integrated pressure test plug. The manufacturer recommends installing these valves next to the gas meter, and the lock stops unauthorised persons from operating the valve.
Fitting with KEY CLICK®
The lock is inserted directly into the handle of the ball valve using the KEY CLICK® system, so installation is quick. After fitting, check according to the instructions that the lock really blocks the valve.

- once the key is removed, the valve can be locked even without it
- when unlocked with the key, the valve can be opened and closed freely, but the key stays in the lock in this position

Which valves
