The compression T-piece 25 × 25 × 25 mm is used to create a branch in the distribution from multi-layer PEX-AL-PEX pipe with an outer diameter of 25 mm. All three outlets have the same dimensions, so you can divide the main branch into two directions without changing the diameter – for example, when connecting a bathroom, kitchen or utility room from one distribution branch.

The body is made of nickel-plated brass, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to install. The fitting is joined by compression – after compression, the joint is solid and permanently tight, without the need for sealing compounds or additional sealing. The compression sleeves have inspection holes through which you can verify during installation that the pipe is fully inserted. The fitting is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

Installation and use

Cut the pipe perpendicularly, remove the burr and calibrate the end using suitable tools. Then insert it into the fitting sleeve until it reaches the stop and check its position through the inspection hole. Compress the joint using compression pliers or a crimper with U-profile jaws for the size 25 mm. The compressed joint is non-releasable, so before compression, verify the direction of the branch and the position of the fitting.

A hygiene certificate from the State Health Institute (PZH) has been issued for brass fittings of the PEX-AL-PEX system for use in potable water installations. A copy of the certificate can be found in the related files with the product. Before putting the installation into operation, flush it with water in such a quantity that the water in it is completely replaced.
