I have an old shower and need a new hose that is 200cm long. Will this one work if my connection is just the standard size, and will it get twisted while I am using it?

Yes, this hose fits the standard G 1/2" connection you likely have. It also has a special joint that stops it from getting tangled or kinked while you are showering. It is made of durable plastic with a nice chrome look to match your fittings.
