PNI AP800D is a set for the automation of self-supporting sliding gates with a weight of up to 800 kg. The 350 W motor is powered by 230 V and generates a force of 1100 N. In addition to this, the set includes all the components necessary for assembling a practical access control system: warning light, two photoelectric sensors, two remote controls, two carrier trolleys, and mounting accessories.

Remote Control

The gate can be opened and closed using the two included remote controls. In addition to these, it is possible to connect other access control devices, such as exit buttons or access keypads.

Obstacle Detection

To prevent accidents, two levels of sensitivity can be set: high and low. If the gate hits an obstacle while opening or closing, the motor will stop.

Automatic Closing and "Condominium" Mode

The gate can be programmed to close automatically after a certain number of seconds (10, 30, or 60). It is also possible to set the "Condominium" mode, which allows simultaneous control from multiple access devices. During the opening of the gate, pressing a button on the remote control or another connected access terminal (button, keypad) will not work until the gate is fully open. If the gate is closing and you press a button on the remote control or another terminal, it will stop and fully open to allow access.

Before starting work, be aware that welding can seriously damage the drive. Do not weld in these situations:

• when the gate is mounted on bearing sets, as this will damage the bearing contact
• when the motor is already installed, as this leads to failure of the control board and its wiring
