The PNI GreenHouse SP6000GO is a 6 kW on-grid solar inverter designed for photovoltaic systems connected to the grid. It converts the direct current from the panels into 230 V alternating current with a pure sine waveform and can operate in both grid-feed-in mode (surplus export) and self-consumption mode.
The unit uses MPPT maximum power point tracking, its efficiency is 97 % and the output voltage ranges within 220 – 230 – 240 V AC. It has IP65 protection and works at temperatures from −25 to +60 °C, so you can mount it outside a building as well.
The package includes a plug-in Wi-Fi module, with which you connect the inverter to your home network, and a wall bracket. The inverter measures approximately 201 × 355 × 412 mm and weighs 17 kg.
Installation and connection
The inverter is fixed to the wall with the supplied bracket. Because of its weight, it is better to install it in pairs.
Important: connection to the electrical grid, wiring of the panels and commissioning are a job for a qualified electrician. Feeding electricity into the grid must be agreed with the electricity distributor in advance.
