PNI MAP130 is a motor for the automation of self-supporting sliding gates. It has a power of 350 W and is able to open and close gates with a weight of up to 1300 kg. The control panel is integrated directly into the motor and the drive is weather-resistant.

Compatibility with PNI AP800C Kit

The motor is compatible with the PNI AP800C gate automation kit. This kit includes all the components needed to assemble a practical access control system: motor, warning light, two photoelectric sensors, 6 meters of toothed rack, wheel set, and mounting accessories. The PNI MAP130 motor packaging includes the user manual, the motor, two remote controls, and mounting accessories.

Control

The gate can be opened and closed using the included remote controls, two of which are part of the package. Additional access control devices can also be connected to the motor, such as access buttons or keypads.

Obstacle Detection

To prevent accidents, one of two sensitivity levels can be set: high or low. If the gate encounters an obstacle while closing or opening, the motor will stop.

Automatic Closing and "Condominium" Mode

The gate can be programmed to close automatically after a certain number of seconds (10, 30, or 60). There is also a "Condominium" mode available, which allows simultaneous control from multiple access devices. During gate opening, pressing the button on the remote or on another connected terminal (button, keypad) will not function until the gate is fully open. If the gate is currently closing and you press the button on the remote or on another terminal, it will stop and fully open to allow access.

• Do not weld when the gate is resting on bearing kits, as this will damage the bearing contact.
• Do not weld when the motor is already mounted, as this leads to failure of the control board and its wiring.
