The PNI SVT-10K is a three-phase voltage stabiliser with a servo motor, rated at 10 kVA (8000 W). With a three-phase supply it often happens that one phase has too high a voltage and another too low. Adjusting all phases together at once would not help here, so this stabiliser regulates each phase independently, achieving better balanced values between the phases.

The unit consists of a contact voltage regulator, a servo motor and a self-monitoring circuit, which controls the position of the carbon brush and keeps the output constant. The input voltage can range from 277 to 433 V AC, and the output is 380 / 400 V at 50/60 Hz.

There are four displays on the front panel and overvoltage and undervoltage protection at the rear. The stabiliser is used in industry, agriculture, transport, telecommunications, metalworking, and in technical and medical equipment.

Installation and handling

The cabinet measuring 310 × 345 × 720 mm stands on castors, but at a packed weight of around 45 kg it is difficult to carry – count on more than one person. The connection must be made by a person with electrical qualification. The operating temperature is −10 to +45 °C, humidity max. 95 % non-condensing.
