Szia, apukámnak kéne egy nyomáscsökkentő szelep a házba, és ezt néztük ki, de nem tudjuk, hogy az 5/4-es méret az megfelel-e egy normál házi vízvezetékhez, vagy az túl nagy lesz?

Szia! Az 5/4"-os méret inkább a nagyobb átbocsátású rendszerekhez való, egy átlagos családi háznál általában a 3/4"-os vagy 1"-os a szokásosabb.
