The wireless thermostat PNI CT60 controls heating based on the set temperature and a pre-determined schedule. The system consists of a control unit and a receiver, which exchange data via radio, while the receiver is connected to the boiler via a cable. The thermostat features a hysteresis of 0.1 °C, ensuring that the room temperature fluctuates only slightly.

The thermostat operates in three modes: scheduled, manual, and vacation (anti-frost). In the scheduled mode, up to 4 operating periods can be selected for each day of the week, each with its own temperature limit.

Scheduling by days

Each day can have its own schedule, taking into account your departure and arrival times. For example, the thermostat can maintain 23 degrees from 06:00, 22 degrees from 08:00, 23 degrees again from 17:00, and 22 degrees once more from 23:00.

Advanced settings

In the advanced settings menu, you can adjust hysteresis, anti-frost temperature, child lock, open window function, and even reset the device. Internal temperature sensor calibration is also available, along with the option to set the minimum and maximum adjustable temperature.

Button lock

If you enable the child lock in the advanced settings, the buttons will lock immediately after the screen backlight turns off, preventing anyone from accidentally changing the temperature.

Anti-frost function

With the anti-frost function, the boiler can run safely during your absence. In the advanced settings, you can select a temperature between 5 °C and 15 °C, which will be maintained in the house.

Open window function

After activating the OWD function, the thermostat will turn off the heating if the room temperature drops rapidly (the level of drop is adjustable). Such a drop occurs if a window or door is opened during boiler operation. The icon OP will appear on the screen, and after 30 minutes, the device will return to its original mode.

Usage

The thermostat is intended for central heating and is suitable wherever you want to switch the boiler according to a weekly schedule and also have the option to quickly switch to manual control. For longer absences, simply select the vacation mode, in which only the set anti-frost temperature is maintained. The units are universal and are not tied to a specific boiler brand.

Pairing and installation

The transmitter and receiver communicate wirelessly, and the receiver is connected to the boiler via a cable. Both units are already paired at the factory. The product is connected to the 230 V power supply and the heating system, so installation must be carried out only by qualified personnel.
