Protherm HelioSet FES2 250 BM
Code: 0010020615Product detailed description
Solar energy - energy without bills
HelioSet are complete solar systems, which allow domestic hot water to be prepared using solar energy. These systems are designed to work together with gas boilers. HelioSet systems are based on a unique operating principle - with the solar fluid draining freely back into the solar heat exchanger. The advantage of this solution is a compact system, simplified installation and reliability - there is no risk of the fluid overheating in summer or the solar fluid freezing in winter.
Application:
- The solar system allows solar energy to be used for the preparation or pre-heating of domestic hot water. This can cover up to 60% of the yearly hot water requirement (in summer - up to 100%) - hot water is prepared free of charge.
- HelioSet is a cost-effective solution for smaller installations where the height difference between the bottom of the tank and the top of the solar collector does not exceed 8.5 m (up to 12 m when using an additional solar fluid pump).
- The HelioSet FES2 250 BM system is designed to meet the needs of a larger number of users. The set is designed to work with a heating-only boiler, which tops up the temperature of the solar tank in unfavourable weather or during winter operation.
- If a heating boiler is not used to top up the temperature of the tank, an electric heating element can also be additionally installed, which heats the solar tank in unfavourable weather or during winter operation.
