Transition between two pipe dimensions
Reducing insert IVAR.VR PPSU 40x32 from the IVAR.PRESS system reduces the pipe size directly in the line – one side accepts a pipe Ø 40 mm, the other side Ø 32 mm (pipe dimensions 40 x 3.5 / 32 x 3.0 mm). It is suitable for multilayer pipes ALPEX and TURATEC as well as PEX pipes in heating radiators, in floor heating and in sanitary installations; it has a hygiene certificate for contact with drinking water.

Crimping and installation
The connection is crimped radially using the appropriate diameter jaws (contour Ø 40 mm: F, Ø 32 mm: B/F), using only approved crimping tools according to the IVAR instructions for connecting pipes with IVAR.PRESS fittings. The pipe must be cut perpendicularly, calibrated and deburred; you can facilitate insertion with water, but do not use oil or other lubricants. The connection is created without an open flame and can be loaded with pressure immediately after crimping and may be embedded in the floor, in a shaft or behind plaster.
