Transition between two pipe dimensions
Reducing insert IVAR.VR PPSU 63x50 from the IVAR.PRESS system reduces the pipe size directly in the line – a pipe with a diameter of 63 mm is inserted on one side, and a pipe with a diameter of 50 mm on the other side (pipe dimensions 63 x 4.5 / 50 x 4.0 mm). It is suitable for multilayer pipes ALPEX and TURATEC as well as PEX pipes in heating radiators, underfloor heating and sanitary installations; it has a hygiene certificate for contact with drinking water.

Crimping and installation
The connection is crimped radially by the appropriate diameter jaws (contour F), using only approved crimping equipment according to the IVAR instructions for connecting pipes with IVAR.PRESS fittings. The pipe must be cut perpendicularly, calibrated and de-burred; you can facilitate the insertion by using water, but do not use oil or other lubricants. The connection is created without an open flame and can be loaded with pressure immediately after crimping and may be embedded in the floor, in a shaft or behind plaster.
