The IVAR.C-LITE (code 75001) is a digital wall-mounted thermostat that measures the room temperature and passes it on to the CALEONbox control unit. It is intended for floor and wall heating systems. It communicates digitally with the unit over a 1-wire bus (current version of the CALEONbox).
Operation
- touching the touch area switches on the display and shows the temperature
- further touches cycle through the measured values – first the unit, then the value
- the set temperature is lowered with the blue touch area and raised with the red one
- after 20 seconds the display returns to standby
- LED indicators complement the operation
Mounting and wiring
The thermostat is fitted into a plastic mounting box on the wall. It is powered with 5 V DC – grey wire GND, orange DQ, red VCC. Do not install it in direct sunlight or near radiators, windows or other sources of heat or cold, so that the measurement is not distorted. The cover frame is not included.
Assignment and compatibility
Each sensor has its own 1-wire ID printed on a small label supplied with it; this is used to assign it to a room in the CALEONbox (menu Expert → Settings → Rooms). How many C-LITE units can be connected depends on the serial number of the CALEONbox: older units need an external power supply and a software update, newer ones power one C-LITE directly (further ones with external power) and the latest allow up to eight.

Which control unit does the IVAR.C-LITE thermostat work with?
With the CALEONbox, with which it communicates over a 1-wire bus. The number of sensors that can be connected depends on the CALEONbox serial number – up to 8 C-LITE sensors can be connected to the latest versions, while older ones require an external power supply and a software update.
How do I assign the thermostat to a room?
In the CALEONbox open the menu Expert → Settings → Rooms, select or add a room, choose the sensor type and assign it using the 1-wire ID from the label supplied in the pack.
Is a cover frame included?
No, the cover frame is ordered separately. The thermostat is aligned with the mounting frame and pressed in until it clicks precisely into place.
Where should the thermostat be mounted on the wall?
In a spot without direct sunlight and away from radiators, windows or other sources of heat or cold. Otherwise the measured values may not match the actual room temperature.
