The IVAR.K4CC DUO set (code K4CCEF10200) combines shut-off of the cold and hot water supply in a single concealed box and is prepared for consumption metering – in the version without meters, these are fitted later. It is supplied pre-assembled, which simplifies installation on site.
Valves and operation
- 2 DN 15 ball valves with replaceable ball and seal – Top Entry system, spare part IVAR.KR (code KRTCE415000)
- 90° turn by hand with the IVAR.E 4 control head (code KA00K40011) or motorised with the IVAR.E 104 rotary actuator, which can be integrated into home automation
- gentle Soft Turn closing and full flow – conventional valves have up to 4 times less flow
- non-return valves on the cold and hot water outlets
Consumption metering
The connection for 1/2" water meters has an 80 mm installation length and a 3/4" M thread; an 80 mm meter spacer is included. The patented meter connection is tightened with an 8 mm key; the meter is installed in the direction of flow and can be sealed. M-BUS or WalkBy communication modules for remote reading can also be added later – with them the installation box depth is 100 mm.
Connection and installation
Pipes are connected with the patented FASTEC Quick IVAR.F 13 fittings – the fitting is pushed into the joint and secured with a locking pin. This allows 16 x 2, 20 x 2 and 26 x 3 mm pipes to be connected. The PS installation box has cutting lines, and the set includes mounting brackets and union nuts for connecting the meters. The set measures 310 x 210 x 85 mm.

The IVAR.KPLE 03 design cover plate (white, chrome, silver, matt black), IVAR.F 13 fittings, IVAR.E 4 control head and IVAR.E 104 actuator are ordered separately. The ball valves are used only fully open or fully closed, not for regulation. Installation and connection of electrical components may only be carried out by a competent person with electrical qualifications.

Frequently asked questions
Is the cover plate included?
No. The IVAR.KPLE 03 design cover plate is ordered separately – in white, chrome, silver or matt black. The FASTEC Quick IVAR.F 13 connecting fittings are also ordered separately.
Can water meters be added later?
Yes. The set has connections for 1/2" water meters with an 80 mm installation length and 3/4" M thread, and an 80 mm meter spacer is included. M-BUS or WalkBy communication modules can also be added later.
Which pipes can be connected to the set?
With FASTEC Quick fittings, pipes measuring 16 x 2, 20 x 2 or 26 x 3 mm can be connected. The fitting is pushed into the joint and secured with a locking pin.
Can the ball valves be used to regulate flow?
No, the valves are only for fully opening or closing. For water systems the manufacturer recommends turning them through their full range once or twice per quarter so that no deposits build up on the seal.
