Detailed information

Product detailed description

Sibral insulation for top doors with burner opening A25

Filling made of ceramic fibre, which protects the steel doors from heat from the combustion chamber. This version has a cut-out hole through which the pellet burner A25 passes – it is therefore suitable only for boilers with factory modification for the burner.

For which boilers

  • series DC: DC18S upr, DC25S upr, DC30SX upr, DC32S upr
  • series C: C15S upr, C18S upr, C25ST upr, C32ST upr
  • series AC: AC25S upr

Replace the sealing strip as well

A sealing strip runs in a separate groove around the filling. When the sibral is worn out, it is often burned out as well – for small doors it is the 18×18 mm strip with code S0241. It is reasonable to replace both parts at once, since the doors are opened only once.

Installation

Remove the old filling, clean the door sheet and insert the new one so that the hole aligns with the burner flange. Do not break the sibral during the work.

Company History

The family company ATMOS was founded in the Czech Republic in 1935. In the beginning, production was focused on gasifier power units for cars and boats under the brand name DOKOGEN, i.e. the same principle used in modern gasifier boilers for wood and coal.

Despite the German occupation and communist dictatorship, it was possible to maintain the development of wood boilers, gasifier units and compressors. In 1980, at the Pragotherm exhibition, the first wood gasifier boilers and wood waste boilers were presented. To date, 90 types of hot water boilers have been developed, for which the company holds 15 patents. One of the first developed boilers was the EKONOMIK boiler in 1968.

To ensure the European market with quality boilers that save the environment and energy, three generations of the Cankář family are currently working in the family business. The founder of the company, Jaroslav Cankář senior, passed away in March 2006 at the age of 94.
