The Trina Vertex S+ photovoltaic module with a power of 460 W is made from monocrystalline N-type cells with i-TOPCon technology. The module design is intended to achieve high output performance. A low temperature coefficient and good performance under weak illumination ensure high yield even in more demanding conditions. Thanks to the high-density integration, the module efficiency can reach up to 23 %.

N-type cells are manufactured using phosphorus, which results in lower power degradation over the years. This leads to more stable efficiency during long-term operation and higher electricity savings.
