Stainless steel hydraulic separator ERMETIQ 6 × 1" with insulation, up to 70 kW
Code: ERM_ER-HS7624Product detailed description
ERMETIQ ER-HS7624 is a hydraulic separator for heating systems with a thermal output of up to 70 kW. It separates the primary and secondary heating circuits so that their flows and pressures balance each other and the circulation pumps do not interfere with each other. The result is a quiet and stable operation of the entire heating system. The version marked 6 × 1" has six connections with a diameter of 1".
What the separator brings
- hydraulic separation of the primary and secondary heating circuits
- more stable operation due to balanced pressure and flow conditions
- circulation pumps operate independently, without mutual interference
- suitable for systems with a thermal output of up to 70 kW
- strainer in the body captures mechanical impurities and promotes their settling in the lower part
- drain valve allows easy removal of deposits from the system
- reversible design: the supply can come from the left or right side
- body made of stainless steel SUS304 protects against corrosion and ensures long service life
- the packaging includes thermal insulation and a wall mounting bracket

Application and installation
The separator with an output of up to 70 kW is intended for boiler rooms and technical rooms where separate heating circuits with their own pumps are connected to a single heat source. Six 1" connections give you more options for supplying individual branches. The device is installed vertically, you fix the bracket from the package to the wall and then mount the insulation on it after connecting, which reduces heat loss. You will use the strainer and drain valve when removing impurities collected in the lower part of the body. The medium can be water or a mixture of water and ethylene glycol at a pressure up to 10 bar.
Frequently asked questions
For what output is this separator intended?
It is suitable for heating systems with a thermal output of up to 70 kW and has six 1" connections.
What happens to impurities in the system?
The integrated strainer captures them and promotes their settling in the lower part of the body, from where they can be removed via the drain valve.
What material is the separator body made of?
It is made of stainless steel SUS304, which ensures resistance to corrosion and long service life.
