Submersible Deep Well Pump 4" ST 7-16

The 4" ST 7-16 submersible pump is a multi-stage centrifugal unit with a diameter of 100 mm, powered by a three-phase current of 400 V.

The submersible pump is designed for the collection and pumping of technically clean raw water from deep drilled wells. It is used in households and farms with their own water supply, in heat pump installations, and for irrigation and drainage systems. The pump is not a water treatment device – when used for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.

The pump operates in a vertical position, submerged in a well with a minimum internal diameter of 115 mm. Thanks to its increased resistance to sand and floating impellers, it functions reliably even in water sources with lower water quality. The pumped raw water must not contain mechanical impurities exceeding the permissible sand content, and its temperature should not exceed 35°C. The permissible sand content is up to 5%. The 4" submersible pump ST 7-16 400V is a durable solution for long-term operation on farms.

The use of floating impellers and increased sand resistance ensures reliable operation in sandy conditions, where standard submersible pumps would suffer accelerated wear. The thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the device from overheating. The motor is oil-cooled.

The suction and discharge body is made of brass, the housing, shaft, and rotor are made of stainless steel AISI 304, and the impellers and diffusers are made of PPO polymer. The mechanical seal operates in a SiC/SiC/NBR system. The pump is standardly equipped with a 20 m long power cable.
