Construction and installation
The pump body and impeller are made of cast iron, the motor shaft is made of stainless steel AISI 304. The double mechanical seal made of silicon carbide is located in an oil chamber outside the contact with the pumped liquid, the cable gland is potting resin. The discharge can be connected by thread Rp 2" or flange DN 50 PN 10/6. The pump is mounted permanently with a lifting device or portable directly on the tank bottom; the design allows quick access to the main parts during maintenance. With full submersion, continuous operation S1 is possible, dry running is allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 starts per hour. The liquid can be up to +50 °C, short-term up to +60 °C. The weight of the pump is 40 kg.
