TYTAN PEX elbow 16 x 1/2" with external thread is a compression fitting that changes the direction of the PEX/AL/PEX pipe by 90° and provides an external 1/2" thread at the end. Application and Installation

The elbow is mounted at the end of a PEX/AL/PEX pipe run, which is then connected to a threaded component after a 90° bend. Cut the pipe perpendicularly, remove burrs, insert it into the fitting until it reaches the stop, and then compress the joint using suitable compression tools. Seal the external thread when screwing in, and avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the brass.
