This optional system element allows temperature control in a different room than the one where the Auraton T-1 or Auraton 2025 RTH controller is located. In doing so it functions as a wireless extended temperature sensor.
The T-1 temperature controller has a factory-installed premium lithium battery from a Swiss manufacturer of the SWATCH group, which enables continuous operation for up to 20 years.
It also works with a fire safety system in combination with the RTF receiver, just like the H-1 window handle.
OPERATION WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM:
In a children’s room we want to set a constant temperature of 22 °C, but we don’t want children to be able to change it. In that case, we install the T-2 temperature sensor in the children’s room and place the temperature controller elsewhere, e.g. in the kitchen. Thanks to this solution, a constant temperature of 22 °C will be maintained in the children’s room, completely independent of the temperature in the kitchen.
OPERATION WITH A FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM:
The Auraton T-2 can be used as a temperature sensor in combination with the Auraton RTF receiver (connected to a fire safety system).
