    Frequently Asked Questions

    • What heating system is needed for the cooling function? Cooling works best with a low-temperature system – underfloor heating or fan coil units. With classic radiators, the cooling effect is not optimal.
    • What is the difference between the TWEETOP EcoHeatPro and the Daikin Altherma range? The TWEETOP EcoHeatPro has a hot water storage tank built directly into the unit (200 or 300 l), so it handles heating, cooling and domestic hot water heating in a single unit. The Daikin Altherma is a standalone set without an integrated storage tank.
    • Is operation in cooling mode economical? Yes, the heat pump operates in cooling mode with significantly lower energy consumption than a classic air conditioner, since it uses the same refrigerant circuit as for heating.
