1989		Establishment of the company ESSER Sicherheitstechnik in Vienna, Austria, with headquarters at: Missingdorf 19-23, 1140 Vienna.
1991		The company operating in the Austrian market has 6 employees.
1992		Beginning of exports to Eastern Europe, laying the foundation for the Eastern European branch.
1996		Opening of an office in Brno, Czech Republic.
2000		Renaming of the company to ESSER Austria GmbH .
2001		Moving the office from Brno to Prague, Czech Republic.
2001		Opening of an office in Lugoj, Romania.
2001		The Austrian headquarters was moved to the address: Fernkorngasse 10, 1100 Vienna.
2003		Renaming from ESSER Austria to Novar Austria GmbH .
2003		Beginning of exports from Vienna to Poland.
2004		Opening of the first office in Moscow, Russia.
2005		Beginning of exports from Vienna to Turkey.
2005		Opening of an office in Warsaw, Poland.
2006		First business representative in Turkey.
2006 /7		Honeywell acquired Novar Austria. The company was renamed from Novar Austria GmbH to Honeywell Life Safety Austria GmbH.
2008		Acquisition of the company AV Digital by Honeywell, expanding the product portfolio to include evacuation broadcasting and audio systems.
2008		The Austrian headquarters was moved to the address: Lemböckgasse 49, 1230 Vienna.
2009		Opening of an office in Bucharest, Romania.
2009		Opening of an office in Kyiv, Ukraine.
2013		Opening of an office in Istanbul, Turkey.
2014		We celebrated the 25th anniversary since the founding of our company.
2014		Opening of an office in Zagreb, Croatia.
2015		Change of Russian representation to LLC "SYSTEM SENSOR FIRE DETECTORS".
2015		Change of Turkish representation to Honeywell Teknoloji Anonim Şirket i.
2015		New division Honeywell Security and Fire (HSF) was created by merging "Honeywell Security" and "Honeywell Fire Safety", of which HLS was a part.
2016		Acquisition of the company Xtralis (leading global supplier of aspirating systems).
2016		Change of Honeywell Life Safety Austria GmbH representation in Poland to Honeywell Sp.zoo
2016		As of 1. 7. 2016 , Honeywell Life Safety Austria GmbH representation in the Czech Republic became part of the national organization Honeywell spol. s ro.
2016		The Austrian headquarters 1.8.2016 moved to a new address: Technológia str. 5, Gebäude F, 3. OG, 1120 Vienna.
2018		A change in division structure occurred, and our division changed its name to Honeywell Fire and PA/VA Solutions.
